Paul Armand Rocheford

Paul, the son of Armand and Beatrice Rocheford (Comtois), was born in Providence, R.I. on April 12, 1948. He spent his childhood and teenage years in Pascoag, R.I. After graduating from Burrillville High School, Paul went on to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating with a business degree in 1970. While attending college, he met the love of his life, Linda Rocheford (Washburn) and they were married in 1970. Paul briefly worked at John Hancock Life Insurance, before moving to New Hampshire to work at Concord Group Insurance Company. He became an integral part of this company and was considered a mentor to many. He retired after 35 dedicated years, having become Vice President of Underwriting.

Over the years, Paul was a member of the Concord Lions Club, holding multiple offices. In 1998, he bought his first Corvette and joined the Lakes Region Corvette Club. During his time with the Corvette Club, Paul held the office of Secretary for multiple years. Together, Paul and Linda travelled far and wide with the club.

Paul is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda. He is also survived by his cherished daughter, Jamie Gregg, her husband Bobby and his children, a special goddaughter, Aleeza Goodman, and many extended family members. Paul leaves behind many friends who admired and respected him. He will be remembered for his contagious smile and kind heart.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 5 at Bennett’s Funeral home in Concord, NH from 3-6 p.m. This will immediately be followed by a short memorial and remembrance.
