

She was born on Friday, February 22, 1935 to the late John L. Wall and Cleo Thomason Wall.
In addition to her parents, Adeliah was preceded in death by her husband, Wade N. Flowers and sister, Jonnie W. Ball.
Adeliah was a cherished member of her family. She was a lifelong member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church where she served on the church council and sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Women of the ELCA. Adeliah worked in banking for over thirty years and enjoyed helping many people during those times. In her free time, Adeliah enjoyed traveling, making flower arrangements, and keeping things neat and tidy.
Those left to cherish Adeliah’s memory are sons, Joel N. Flowers (Donna), Donald N. Flowers (Joyce); daughter, Deborah F. Stirewalt (late Steve Stirewalt); grandchildren, Brian Elsevier, Julie S. Korn (Billy), Jennifer Stirewalt, Alexandria F. Phillips (Matt), Sadie Flowers; great grandchildren, Hallie Rae Elsevier, Eva Elsevier, Eliza Elsevier, Macallan Phillips, and Wade Korn.
A Funeral Service for Adeliah will be held at 2pm on Monday, June 17, 2024 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church with Pastor Judy Drysdale and Pastor Mary Miller-Zurell officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1pm to 1:45pm at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 115 Workman St SW. Conover, NC 28613.
