Born November 5, 1964, he was the son of Annie Lee Suggs of Polk City, FL and the late Willie David Suggs. Floyd was employed by Rainy Day Flooring.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Regina Suggs Craig.
In addition to his mother, Floyd is survived by his sons, Dustin Suggs of Claremont and Josh Suggs of Boone; long-time girlfriend, Vicki Huffman, and her son, Jimmy Huffman; brothers, Alvis Suggs of Lakeland, FL, Ronnie Suggs of Polk City, FL, Eugene Suggs of Polk City, FL; sister, Rita Dixon of Lakeland, FL; and grandson, Devin Suggs.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Drum Funeral Home in Conover.
