Born March 13, 1960 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late John and Ina Louise Kirk.
Left to cherish her memory are her significant other of 14 years, Jodey Mills; son, Earl Calhoun of Catawba; daughters, Ina Mae Watts and spouse, Jimmy Ford of Taylorsville, Betty Ann Upright and spouse, Bruce of Mooresville; brothers, Billy Kirk, Eddie Kirk, Paul Kirk, Bobby Calhoun, Troy Calhoun; sisters, Carlina Kirk, Belinda Kirk; and 4 grandchildren.
A service of remembrance will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Drum Funeral Home in Conover with Pastor Rita Faye Pritchard and Pastor Bobby Pritchard officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service at Drum Funeral Home from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m.
