Rilan was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents Hall “Dude” Moose, Gary Franklin Blackburn and Orene (Elliott) Fox.
In addition to her parents, Rilan is survived by her siblings, Logan Eugene Trey Western,
Aliah Noel Witherspoon, Ethan Jasper Lee Western, Dylan Eugene Ray Western; Paternal Grandparents, Philip Lloyd Witherspoon, Cathy Denise (Blackburn) Witherspoon; Maternal Grandparents, Jarrett Eugene Stafford, Wanda Gail (Fox) Herdel, Gail Leslie Herdel; Paternal Great Grandparents, Wanda (Johnson) Moose and Gracie (Childers) Blackburn; Maternal Great Grandparents, Jasper “Bud” Hall Stafford,Ida Darlene (Harrison) Stafford and Jack Kenneth Fox.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Conover with Glenn Winters officiating.
Burial will follow at Oxford Baptist Church Cemetery in Conover.
The family will receive friends at Drum Funeral Home in Conover prior to the service from 1:00pm until 1:45pm.
