Born January 13, 1932 in Perry County, KY, she was the daughter of the late John Harvey Sandlin and Lily Rose Ingram Sandlin. Wanda was formerly a 30 year resident of Sebring, Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Miller; and a son, James Miller.
Wanda is survived by her son, Robert Miller; daughter, Kimberly Herbert and husband, Jerald; grandchildren, Jessica Simmons and Jayme Miller; and one great-grandchild.
