He is survived by his wife Martha Harris along with his four sisters; stepson James [Scooter] Flanigan Jr. and Stepdaughter Louise Stroble; Son Joe Harris and Daughters Christi and Lisa and adoptive daughter and caregiver Cindy Meyer. He is also survived by multiple grand children and great grandchildren as well as a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Arthur will be remembered as a good hearted but stern man who would help anyone who needed it. He enjoyed fishing and sitting on his porch watching as the world went about it’s merry way. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
