Calvin touched so many. From his loved ones, friends and work family. He never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face, that would calm you especially in the most trying of times.
Calvin has no acquaintances, only conversations. Hundreds of them. Once a conversation had been engaged a friendship was born. Calvin was the utmost professional and was respected by all in the Oilfield he had contact with during his many years of providing his unmatched knowledge and wisdom of the Oilfield.
Calvin is preceded in Death by parents Deryl and Janice Cobb, brothers Harlan and Mark and sister Dawn (Sissy).
He has his loving wife and dearest friend Sandy of 37 years along with his 3 beautiful and loving children Lindsie and husband Lance, Lanie, and Justin and wife Kristine. It is without question Calvin’s defining moments in life started 15 years ago when he was established as “Pappy” with his now 9 precious and adoring Grand Angels Maverick, Molly, Trant, Rance, Claire, Cason, Kase, Mack and Ella. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
He will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his family and friends. He truly loved each of them, and if you knew him, YOU KNEW IT! When his time came, he carried himself with dignity, strength and full of love for those who went before him. He will be so dearly missed by us all. Thank you Calvin for walking with God and being a special memory forever in our lives
