Carolyn Mary Richmond, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on March 11th, 2025, at the age of 75. She was born to Frank and Mary Vallone on September 30, 1949, in Englewood, New Jersey.
Carolyn graduated from Cliffside Park Senior High School and went on to pursue a career in nursing, attending Englewood Hospital School of Nursing. She dedicated over 40 years to the nursing profession, providing compassionate care to countless patients and making a lasting impact on those around her.
A devout Catholic, Carolyn was deeply involved in her faith community. She was an active member of Saint James Catholic Church, where she sang in the choir for many years. After relocating to Conroe, Texas, she became a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Charles, and their children: Lauren and her husband, Brandon; Melissa; Maryanne and her husband, Benjamin; Debra and her husband, Robert; and Michael Scott Francis and his wife, Tara. She is also survived by her siblings, Fran and her husband, Michael, and Ann; as well as her sister-in-law, Theresa. Carolyn’s legacy lives on in her cherished grandchildren: Michael Allen, Winifred Allen, James Allen, Patrick Allen, Robert Lambert, Shannon Richmond, Liza Richmond, Genevieve Richmond, Francis Richmond, and Charles Richmond.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Vallone, her siblings Marion and Anthony, and her brother-in-law Lou.
Carolyn's warmth, kindness, and love for her family and community will be deeply missed. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
