October 5, 2015 in Conroe, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Lydia Jones; sons, Gary Lewis Jones and wife Renee and Carson L. Jones, Jr.;
daughter, Leslie Faye Jones; sisters Patsy Gillespie and Martha Varitek; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends also
