Daniel Clay Bartlett

Daniel was born to Earl Daniel and Mattie Pearl Bartlett on December 11, 1935 in Levelland, Texas. After graduating from high school, he joined the Navy. Daniel took great pride in serving his county. In 1958, Daniel married the love of his life Peggy Jo (Oden) Bartlett; they were married for 41 years.

Daniel is survived by his children, Linda McWhorter (Bobby), Mike Bartlett (Carol) and Danette Boyd; Siblings Huey Bartlett (LeAnna), Alice Rackley (Jim). Grandchildren, Hannah, Anna, Sarah, Kristin, Kyle, Clay and Cindy and their spouses; nine great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, and nephews.

Preceding him in death is his wife Peggy Bartlett, parents Earl and Pearl Bartlett, brothers James, Elmer and Ed Bartlett.

Services for Daniel will be held on Thursday June 22, 2023 at Cashner Funeral Home located at 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303. Services will include a visitation from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM, and funeral services from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and graveside from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM.
