Graveside services for David Addison Collins, age 59, of Conroe, Texas, will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011, 11:30 am at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas, 77001, with full military honors.
David retired after 22 years of service in the United States Air Force where he achieved the rank of Master Sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert V. Collins, Sr., and beloved brother Robin Scott Collins. He is survived by his mother, Betty A. Collins of Conroe, brothers Robert V. Collins, Jr., of Lees Summit, Missouri, and Alfred Reed Collins of The Philippines; sisters Teresa Ree Green of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Sharon C. Harris and husband Sam, of Athens, Texas; daughter Lorrie Lindsey and husband Jason of Robeline, Louisiana, and grandson Tyler Brown of Robeline, Louisiana.
