

Deborah Jan Wilson was born on September 25, 1950, and passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 75. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love anchored her family. She was born in Kenedy, Texas, in Karnes County, and always carried great pride in her deep Texas roots. She was the cherished daughter of Calvin and Jeanette Johnson.
She is survived by her much beloved and devoted husband Eugene Wilson Sr. and sons Kevin Hill and wife Stephanie, Jon Hill and wife Maryann, Gene Wilson Jr. and wife Renee, and by her daughter Miriam Drumheller and husband Sam. She is also survived by her sister, Cindy Romero. Her family grew to include eleven grandchildren, Alexander, Zachary, Addison, Aiden, Austin, Hayley, Kaitlyn, Brittany, Cheyenne, Stormi and Tabitha; and four great-grandchildren, Colton, Kenzie, Piper and Emery who brought her immense joy.
She was a strong Christian and a devout believer and follower of Jesus Christ. Her faith guided her life, shaped her values, and sustained her through both joy and hardship. She lived her beliefs through compassion, humility, and service to others. Family gatherings and time spent with her grandchildren were among her greatest blessings. She was known for her quiet strength, resilience, and steady presence. She gave generously of her love and support, often placing others before herself. Her legacy lives on through her family, her faith, and the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered until the day her family is reunited with her again.
A memorial service will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, located at 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303, on January 30, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Following the memorial service, a graveside service will take place at Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. A reception will follow at Cashner Funeral Home.
