Dickie Lee Colwell

Dickie is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Doris “Dodie” Colwell, son Dickie Lee Colwell, Jr., son Shannon Ray McDaniel, daughter Heather Yevette Crain and husband Aaron, son Christopher Colwell and wife Leticia, son Joshua Colwell and wife Hutton, daughter Nevaeh Irene Colwell, grandchildren Lincoln, Sebastin, Aarik, Kiegan, Vincent, Lydia, Eli, Michael, and Nicholas, sister Amanda Colwell, brothers Kerry, Jody, and Corey Colwell.

He was a Marine Corps veteran and after his service Dickie went on to become a satellite communications technician. During his time in this field he had the opportunity to travel worldwide, establishing communications services with governments, the U.S. military and different corporations.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Cashner Funeral Home at 2:00p.m. with burial to follow in the Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:30pm until services begin. A reception at Northside Baptist Church of Conroe at 701 N FM 3083, Conroe, TX 77303 will immediately follow graveside service.
