Edgar chose to leave the corporate world and become a restauranteur, opening his first restaurant in 2001. In April of 2007, Edgar became a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) in Houston, TX along with his wife, Daisy. To know Edgar was to know he never met a stranger. He touched so many lives and was loved by a multitude of family and friends. He had a vast amount of interests, foremost his love for bowling and travel. He lived a full and fulfilled life {nothing missing, and nothing broken} too short for us, but complete in God’s eyes.
