Elizabeth Ann Carroll was born in Freeport, Texas on January 19, 1945 to Fred and Mamie Capps and passed away in Lake Jackson, Texas on
February 26, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Carroll. There will be a visitation service at Cashner Funeral Home on March 1, 2015 from
