Ernest Kenneth Gober

Ernest Kenneth Gober, 62, was born on May 25, 1956 in Cushing, Oklahoma and passed away on November 11, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Gober II and Leona Fields of Oklahoma City; brother, Edmond Robison of Oklahoma City; sister, Cricket Friar of Oklahoma City; father by marriage, Charles Hutsen of Buffalo; and grandson, Liam Austin Dauzat of Conroe. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Julie Gober of Conroe; daughter, Joy Dauzat and husband Brent of Conroe; son, Josh Gober and wife Marie of Willis; brother, Oscar Gober III and wife Debby of Marietta, Ohio. Ernie said he didn’t have in-laws; instead he was blessed to have a second family. They are his mom, Shirley Hutsen of Porter; brother, Ted Hutsen and wife Lanna of Chriesman; brother, Keith Hutsen of Buffalo; sister, Jeanne Kurtz and husband Jimmy of Porter. He is also survived by five precious grandchildren, Shelby Gober, Jacob Gober, Aiden Gober, Peyton Dauzat and Hannah Dauzat as well as numerous very special nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Friday, November 16, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 17, 2018 beginning at 10:00 am at Cashner Funeral Home with the interment immediately following in Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas.
