Fred is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lois Mae Caldwell, brothers: Kyle and Terry Caldwell; sisters: Gertrude McDaniel and Imogene Mehaffey.
Fred is survived by his children: Brenda Doby and husband Jim, Pat Caldwell, , Jay Caldwell and best friend Darlene Carden; sister: Joyce Queen and husband Bill grandchildren: Tabitha Doby and wife Kristen Olson, Joe Doby and wife Megan, Justin Doby and wife Adrienne, Kimberly Fairchild and husband David, Jana Forbus, and Jay Forbus; and numerous great grandchildren; best friend: Bertha and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held 10:00AM Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Conroe Memorial Park.
