George Melvin Krauskopf

George Krauskopf, age 63, of Conroe, Texas passed away on November 26, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. He was born August 16, 1947 in Houston, Texas to Frank and Margaret Jones Krauskopf. He served his country in the US Navy and was a longtime employee of Reliant Energy. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Krauskopf of Conroe, Texas, and sister Sheryl Hardesty of Abilene, Texas and brother and sister in law Frank and Susan Krauskopf of Conroe, Texas and by sister and brother in law Kay and Dempsey Carter of Conroe, Texas. George had one daughter Dawn Taylor of Conroe, Texas and his grandchildren are Billy Taylor, Courtney Taylor and Brittany Taylor all of Conroe, Texas and great grandchildren are Landen Williams, Madison Turner and Anna Bella Roundtree all of Conroe, Texas. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 29, 2010 at St. James Epsicopal Church at 2:00pm with Father Gerald Hyche officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Conroe Noon Lions Club.
