Jack has always been one of my favorite people on the planet.  An athlete, singer and a dear friend.  He will be missed. So many memories.  What I remember most is Driving to his home on Elm Street with my daughters Amanda and Sadie.  They would hang out with Ann in the house while Jack and I played basketball in the back yard. 

Whenever I think of my Uncle Jack, it involves sports.  He was a good athlete which helped give me a desire to be an athlete also.  We used to play one-on-one basketball after work in our company's warehouse.  We also played fast pitch softball together.  He was the pitcher and I was his catcher.  We even played some football in a flag football league.  He was probably the oldest on the football field and he was quarterback.  I remember how softly he threw his passes and they were always right on target.  I tried to mimic his passing when I played quarterback for our high school but threw very hard and very inaccurately.  
He also had a great singing voice.  He was a member of the Shoremen Quartet.  I know that when he meets up with the other members of that quartet, that they  will be singing "I'm Feeling Mighty Fine".

Jack had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I've ever known.  We all hope to leave our mark on the world; Jack accomplished that and then some!

Prayers and love to the entire family... while I cannot pretend to fathom your loss, Jack has touched all of our lives and we will always remember him and his example of the kindness that humanity has to offer when we follow the savior's example!

Dear Ann and family, We are so sorry for your loss!   Jack’s sister, Joyce led my Dad and Mom to the Lord! Joyce would go to my dad’s bakery and get donuts and take them to the “plant” every morning.  Our family started going  to LB First, we enjoyed listening to  “The Shoremen!” Jack had a beautiful singing voice and he was an inspiration to us! Our prayers are with your family!

Loved sharing birthday and anniversary celebrations with Ann and Jack.

We are so thankful for the friendship of Jack and Ann.  From the moment we met in Conroe, sharing life together over dinner, celebrations, Bible studies, sharing music and worship, our lives were impacted by their love. Every memory is a special blessing we will cherish forever. We will miss Jack and are praying for you, Ann and family.

I will always remember Jack's beautiful voice as he sang next to me every Sunday at church. He had the most melodious sound as he sang . His smile lit up the room as he looked at his wife Ann. He will be greatly missed by me. My prayers and condolences to you Ann and the rest of the family.

So sorry to hear that Jack passed. He was a great guy, wonderful husband, father, grandfather. Loved his singing with the church group . He was always friendly and made you very welcome when visiting. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ann and all the family.
