James was very outgoing and loved to be around his family and friends. He was passionate about his education, first attending the Universal Technical Institute in Houston before attending Sam Houston State University and pursuing to finalize his degree at The University of Houston.
He is survived by his parents, Esteban and Felicitas Martinez, brothers, David and Esteban, Jr., uncles and aunts, cousins, and numerous other family members and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home on Monday, June 18, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. He will be present, at his parents home, for all day and night viewing at 942 Waxahachie Street, Conroe, Texas 77301, on Tuesday, June 19, 2018. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe. Burial will follow in the Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe.
