Jessie is preceded in death by husband, Collins “Lucky” Minter, daughter, Amy Jo Westbury, brother, Denver Smith and parents, Pony Smith and Ila (Kinley) Smith. She is survived by sons, David Westbury and wife Karen and Larry Westbury and wife Christina, grandchildren, Tiffany Newcomb and husband Ray, Jordan Westbury and wife Sarah, Kyna Westbury, Taylor Westbury, Donavan O’Keefe and wife Heather, Amy Westbury and husband Colby and Larry “Buddy” Westbury, great-grandchildren, Haiden Newcomb, Jack Westbury, Lincoln Westbury, McKynley Westbury and Landon Westbury, brother, Claude “Sonny” Smith and wife Linda. Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 10:00am in Willis Cemetery.
