Joseph was born February 17,1994 in Houston, Texas and passed away on June 11, 2012 in The Woodlands, Texas. Joseph is survived by his loving parents, Kristine and Joel Cates of The Woodlands, Texas, sisters, Robyn Fette and fiancé Andrew Swartwood of Chicago, Illinois and Jaclyn Cates of The Woodlands, Texas; Brother, Andrew Cates of The Woodlands, Texas; Grandparents, Pat and Charles Boyd of Ore City, Texas, Gene and Monica Cates of Norman, Oklahoma, and Robert Fette of Leveta, Colorado; Nephew Ricky Swartwood of Chicago, Illinois.
