

On Monday, August 29, Kendall Kesinger, age 48 of Cleveland, TX won his victory over cancer, departed this life and entered into the eternal life promised to him by his Savior and friend, Jesus Christ. A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, TX with Dr. Dan Beckley officiating.
Kendall was born August 7, 1963 in White Hall, Illinois to Ronald and Carolyn Sue Hayes Kesinger. He joined the U.S. Air Force upon graduating Jacksonville High School, just shy of his 18th birthday. Kendall faithfully served his country for 11 years as a radar technician on an AWAC plane and was stationed in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Shield. After discharging from the military, Kendall graduated from Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee with a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. He was employed as a wire-line engineer with E & P Wireline services in Rosharon, TX.
Kendall loved life, loved to make people laugh and always wanted everyone around him happy. He was a great joke teller and never met a stranger. During his time on this earth, he touched many lives with his gentle spirit and caring heart. He loved to play golf, go camping, fishing, sit around a campfire and spend time with the people he loved. It was especially his desire to share his faith and love for his Lord, Savior and Friend Jesus Christ with those he came into contact with and truly wanted to be used by God to bless others. He was a member of the Cross Talk Sunday School class at First Baptist Church in Katy, TX for several years.
On November 21, 2009, Kendall married Angelia Rodrigues and God blessed them both with a beautiful, happy and God centered life together. Survivors include: his wife, Angelia Rodrigues Kesinger of Cleveland, TX, his parents Ron and Sue Kesinger of Donna, TX, a sister Karen Spencer and husband Steve of Roodhouse, IL. Stepsons, Jimmy Crocker, Jr of Fort Hood, TX and Ricky Gay of Oklahoma, special friends Billy and Evelyn Matula of Cleveland, TX as well as numerous other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
