Memorial services to celebrate the life of Louis Ray Rogers, Jr. will be held Friday, February 15, 2013 at 3:00pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Louis was born January 19, 1940 to Louis and Charlotte Rogers and passed away February 12, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. Louis owned his own Construction business for 38 years. He was a Committeeman for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 10 years because of his dedication to youth. He was also dedicated to the Spring FFA for 8 years. Louis is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Joy Rogers of Willis; daughters, Terry Nelson of Fresno, Ca and Kim Arispe and husband Michael of Atlanta, Ga; son, Gary Rogers of Brenham; sister, JoAnn Jacobs of Humble; brother, Donald Rogers and wife Susann of Katy; grandchildren, Ashley Gonzales, Bianca Trujillo, Ariel Argyilan, Megan Abreu and husband Michael, Melody Arispe, Mia Arispe, Josh Arispe, Cody Rogers and John Rogers; great grandchildren, Seth Gonzales, Jaylen Gonzales and Tayden Elizabeth Gonzales. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
