I text you every day Maddi, I miss you. Rest easy sweet girl I love you ❤️

It’s national suicide prevention month and how I wish you were here to experience it. I miss you every single day. Seeing you smile was always the highlight of my day and now knowing I'll never get to see your smile again destroys me in all the worst ways. I'll always love you grape. You were so incredibly loved and I dedicate this month of awareness to you. I think about you constantly and always wonder how you're doing up there. I always take pictures of the pretty sky because I know that's you doing it. One day I'll see you again, I promise.

Where do I even start? Maddi, you were my best friend and regardless of our own circumstances we would always be friendly towards each other.
You gave me so many good memories and I’ll always remember you as a kind soul. 
I remember walking down B hall with dried up tears in my eyes and you asking me, even though we weren’t really talking at that moment, if I was okay. I remember being the first sleepover you had. I remember both laughing and crying next to you. I remember calling your bright blue eyes beautiful when I first met you. I remember on the first day I met you when I walked in the back with you because I didn’t want you to feel alone. I remember painting with you in art class and calling your painting “Picasso worthy”. I remember us baking Christmas cookies at your house. I remember us going to Barnes and Noble with your mom and Scarlett, laughing about how our parents could talk forever, as if it were them having a  sleepover. I remember our matching TV Girl backgrounds and when we would listen to Lil Peep together. I remember the late night calls and the times we talked about things we never talked about with anyone else. I remember hanging out with your family. Your family was like my second home.
I trusted in you more than I trusted anybody in that school.
There’s so much I’ve wanted to say.
Devastated about you and, out of fear for me seeing threatening and hateful messages, my parents took my phone on May 6th for my well-being.
You were sweet all the way up until your last breath. I will forever miss you and love you. I hope you’re doing so much better up there sweet girl and I know you’re painting the sky millions of pretty shades for us. 
My heart goes out to your parents, your sisters, and your friends because we all lost such a kind person. You will forever have a special place in my heart and memories. LLMH ❤️🕊️(05/06/2025).

Maddi was the most bright and kind soul I’ve ever met she can make everybody in the room. Smile with just one word her hugs were warm just like the sunset she loved, talking to her never got boring. She was the best friend a person could ever ask for and everybody will miss her so much..

Hey, you might not know me but I was really close with your daughter in 5th and 6th. I hope she finds peace and is happy now. I am deeply sorry for your loss, and no one should ever have to go through this.

I miss my best friend more than words can explain she brought out the good in people she always had a joke no matter the day she had the brightest smile anyone could ever have she was the sweetest person anyone met she was an amazing friend and amazing person she always treated everyone with kindness and respect she always made sure everyone knew that she was there for them even when she didn’t know them she always made everyone laugh and smile when they had a bad day Maddie met the world to so many people.

Maddi was the most amazing friend I could have asked for. She was always the sweetest and no matter what she always put others before herself. She really was an angel and everyone around her was blessed to know her, I hope she knows how many people love her. But she will always live on in our hearts

I remember one time in pe she brought canes from the night before and the sauce was everywhere and the food was cold. But we ate all of it like it was the best food ever because  we we’re hungry and we didn’t share with anyone and thought it was so funny

I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Maddison. I had the privilege of knowing her for many years, and I can truly say that she was a remarkable young girl who brought light into the lives of everyone around her.

Maddison's vibrant spirit and her eagerness to learn were truly inspiring. She had a smile that could brighten even the darkest of days and eyes that sparkled with a unique joy. Her warmth, kindness, and the special bond she had with her siblings were a testament to her loving nature.

I fondly remember when she was younger and babysitting her, the time  spent with her, watching her grow and flourish. Her ability to embrace challenges with courage and grace was truly remarkable. 

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with y'all during this incredibly difficult time. May the beautiful memories of Maddison bring you comfort and may her light continue to shine in your hearts forever.

It was the first time we hung out on the way home and I kept asking her let's get a picture.

I still can't believe she's gone. it feels like just yesterday we were laughing and walking the halls together. she was the best girlfriend I could ask for, she was the sweetest most kind hearted person I have ever met in my whole entire life.

Class doesn't feel the same without you, weekends don't feel the same without you, school doesn't feel the same without you. Life doesn't feel the same without you in it.

I loved Maddie so so so so so so much. I just can’t pull myself together of how bad this must hurt and how confused of why she would do such a thing. I hope you are doing amazing and she flys high.

I’m heartbroken to hear about the passing of Maddison. I first met her in 2022 during her last year at Meador Elementary, which was also my first year working there. From the beginning, Maddison stood out — not just because of her kindness, but because of the way she carried such a nurturing spirit at such a young age.

We would often have little talks, and I’ll never forget how genuinely sweet and thoughtful she always was. On days when things were hard, somehow Maddison just knew. She had this incredible ability to sense when someone needed a kind word or a moment of connection, and she never hesitated to offer it.

Her presence made a lasting impact on me. She was truly special. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and everyone who had the honor of knowing her.

Rest in peace, sweet Maddison. You will never be forgotten.

My sweet Maddi! You were a joy to have in our 5th grade class. This was the week you were student of the week. In my eyes, you deserved this every single week. I love you so much.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I wish I could help lighten this emotional load for your family.  I did not know Maddison, but I have a child who attends McCullough.  My heart goes out to you and all those affected by her untimely passing.

Our grief at losing our grandaughter Maddi has  taken us to a place we have not been.  The wonderful memories we have of her will be cherished until our last days.  She came into this world as a beautiful baby, and left as a beautiful young woman.  We will always remember her infectious smile.

We have a merciful God, and have complete trust that he will provide healing for our pain as we walk through the coming days.  The road will be long, but we know that our Maddi is with the angels.

We are encouraged through the promises our God has provided.   The text from Matthew 11:28-30 states: "Come to me, all of you who are weary and heavy laden , and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
