

Michael Elroy Kloesel passed away on July 20, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born on May 14, 1958 in Galveston, Texas to Elroy Joseph and Elizabeth Jane Kloesel. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Jane Kloesel, brother, David Paul Kloesel and step son, Michael Earl Guinn. Michael was a life-long resident of the Conroe area. He was a dedicated long haul truck driver for 40 years. He saw most of the United States, driving the 48 states and 2 provinces of Canada, with the exception of 10 years that he was in business for himself building many fences and building and designing many incredible decks with additional features. He loved to ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He was an avid reader and loved to watch movies. He loved listening to his brother Stephen play in his band and was always willing to haul his step-daughter to barrel racing events. He was always in the stands supporting his step-grandson at team-roping events. He also enjoyed participating in charity golf tournaments with his friends. He was a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and lifetime member of the Montgomery County Fair Association. He thoroughly enjoyed working the front gate during the yearly fair and rodeo. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Guinn- Kloesel, dad, Elroy Joseph Kloesel and wife Norma, brothers, Donald Ray Kloesel and wife Terri; Stephen Joseph Kloesel and wife Amy, sister in law, Paula Kloesel, sister, Amanda Marie Kloesel, son, Michael Korey Kloesel and wife Neva, step daughter, Kendra Guinn-Hiesel, step grandsons, Kodey Pichotta and Kohl Hiesel, nieces, Cierra Kloesel, Jessica Herridge and Emily Kloesel, nephews, Brett Kloesel, Adam Waddell and Brady Kloesel. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 25, 2016 at 12:30pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery.
