Mildred Stoner

Mildred Yvonne Stoner “Nana”, 77, of Wallisville, Texas passed away Saturday, October 7th, 2017. Surrounded by her loving family, Nana earned her Heavenly reward and is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior. She loved cooking, dancing and crafting; she was an avid collector of many things including coins, stamps, baseball cards and beanie babies. She loved her family and friends dearly; she was a loving mother and doting grandmother.

Nana was born on May 3rd, 1940 in Humble, Texas. She is preceded by her mother Allean Roberts, her brothers Hayden Hood, John Hood, Lloyd Hood, Claude Hood “Bae Bae” and grandson, Wendell Joe Ketcher Jr “Punky”. Nana is survived and will be greatly missed by her brother Willis Hood “Buddy”; her four beloved children, Yvonne and husband Eddie White, Lynn Ketcher Luce, Bryan and wife Mary Ketcher, Joe Ketcher; grandchildren, Larina and Donald Ray Dobson II “Donnie”, Melanie and Nathaniel Mendoza, Kelly and Javier Cardenas, Jason and Karen Luce, Jeffrey and Jessica Ketcher, Brittany and Matt Vesel; great-grandchildren, Donald Ray Dobson III “Trey”, Ashlyn Dobson, Jaclyn Dobson, Daniel Mendoza, Holley Luce, Nathan Mendoza, Emily Cardenas, Kaitlyn Luce, Madelin Mendoza, Evan Cardenas, Leeann Ketcher, Aria Ketcher, soon to be baby boy to Brittany and Matt Vesel and numerous nieces and nephews. Nana also had many friends whom she considered her extended family.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 12th, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303; graveside service to follow. All are welcome to attend.
