Pamela Castillo

Pam was born on February 27, 1956 in Ashland, KY to her parents, Vernon and Janet Newsome. Pam was an incredibly loving, hard working, selfless mother and adoring grandmother. She always put the needs of her loved ones before her own. Pam loved to laugh, her unique sense of humor and beautiful smile brought happiness to all of those around her. Pam's supportive and understanding ways kept her lifelong friends close and new friendships blossomed everywhere she went. Pam had a graceful strength that empowered her to be calm on the surface despite the many challenges she faced. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in our hearts and minds forever.

Preceded in death by her grandmother Lillian Mullins (née Hall) of Ashland, KY; her mother Janet Patrick (née Prince) of Magnolia, TX; and her father Vernon Newsome of Ashland, KY., Pam is survived by her husband Felix Castillo of Spring, TX; her daughter Misty Castillo of Spring, TX; her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Langley and Kirsten Kohlhauff of The Woodlands, TX; her grandchildren Riley Kohlhauff, Kaiya Kohlhauff-Langley, and Emory Kohlhauff-Langley of The Woodlands, TX.

Visitation will be held at 9:00AM on Thursday December 29, 2016 at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, TX. Funeral service will be held at 11:00AM after visitation. Interment will follow at Garden Park Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pam’s life. Dress will be Sunday casual.
