Richard Eugene Wood

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Ruby Mae Wood. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lutricia Wood, sons, Ricky Wood and wife Sandy of Conroe, Texas, Kevin Wood and wife Toni of Conroe, Texas, sister, Jeanne Lopez of Conroe, Texas, brothers, Larry Wood of Conroe, Texas, Charles Wood of New Waverly, Texas, Rubin Wood of Conroe, Texas and Randy Wood of Conroe, Texas, grandchildren, Shelby Shoemaker, Hunter Wood and Dylan Wood of Conroe, Texas, great grandchildren, Makayla Fernandez, Kalishay Shoemaker and Everleigh Wood of Conroe, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 2:00pm in Cashner Colonial Hall with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kevin Wood, Hunter Wood, Dylan Wood, Mike Wood, Raymond Burch and Dusty Steede. Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Wood and Josh Cartwright.
