Ronnie J. Perkins, 75, of Conroe Texas, passed away on November 14, 2023. He was born on August 11, 1948, in Searcy, Arkansas to O.R. and Alleene Perkins. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Charlotte Vaught Perkins, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ronnie had a Master's Degree in History, and was an educator for many years.
A small gathering to celebrate Ronnie's life will be held at Metcalf Funeral Directors on Saturday, November 18 at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Myrtle Springs Cemetery in Ponta, Texas at 3 pm for his final resting place.
