Sally Ann Ward

Sally Ann Ward, born on November 22, 1944, in Alton Memorial Hospital, passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 81. She was the cherished daughter of Carl and Willene Harmer and spent her early years growing up in Illinois. Sally married Kenneth Ward on June 24, 1972, and his profession led their young family to Spring, Texas, where she devoted herself to raising her family before embarking on a 30-year career in childcare at Greengate Academy.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Carl C. and Willene (Moss) Harmer, her husband, Kenneth Ray Ward, her sisters, Virginia (Harmer) Thacker and Carlene (Harmer) Cruthis, her son, Randy Eaker, and her grandson, Justin Eaker. She is survived by her sister Doris Bosch of Rosewood Heights, IL, son, Keith Ward, and his wife Ellen, her daughter Kim Ward, her son Ricky Eaker and his wife Tabitha, her daughter Teena Moore and her husband BJ, her son Kenneth Ward and his wife Christina, along with eleven grandsons, five granddaughters, ten great-grandsons, and eleven great-granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sally had a passion for shopping, playing Bingo, and listening to Garth Brooks and Christian music. She had a special love for Christmas time. She was a loving mother to her children and a great Nana to her grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of love and care.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., with graveside services following in Garden Park Cemetery, located at 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303.
