Sandra Lee Collette

Sandra Lee Collette, 77, of Conroe, Texas left us to meet her heavenly father on November 1, 2017. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 3:00 PM, at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77301, 936-756-2126. Sandra was born in Abbeville, Louisiana on February 14, 1940. She attended Cleveland High School and was voted Miss Cleveland High, then moved to Conroe after graduation. She worked as a title clerk for over fifty years and retired from Streater Smith several years ago. She was an avid reader and loved to garden. She also loved her cats and was quite the cat whisperer, taming and saving many a stray. She was a beloved mother and mimi to her three grandchildren. She loved Christmas Eve and it was always an event. You never knew which family and friends would be there to celebrate, all were welcome. She is survived by her children, daughter Leslie Franklin and husband Bobby Joe, son Steve Collette and wife Maureen. Her grandchildren Maggie Collette, C. J. Collette and Addie Collette as well as numerous other family members including cousins from the Edwards family, her maiden namesake. The family would like to thank and say how much they appreciate family and friends for prayers, love and support over the past several months. .
