Shirley spent many years as an Executive Assistant for Union National insurance company. It was there she met Kenneth and they embarked on a 35-year journey of love. She was an animal lover and kept her house filled with spoiled rotten dogs, cats, fish and birds. She loved her husband, her kids, grandkids and great grandchildren with all of her heart. She loved to dance, play cards, and dominoes. She also made an occasional trip to play the slot machines. She had an impressive collection of ceramic pigs and crystal unicorns that literally filled the house to overflowing and that is not an exaggeration. She loved her Dallas Cowboys with a passion and would let anyone within earshot know about it. Shirley and Kenneth went on many trips together and attended all of their grandkids important games and events. They never missed a thing.
She was preceded in death by her mother RB Manley, her Father Helem Reed, her brother Butch Reed, her sisters Ruby Vaughn, Mary Juare, and Terri Joe Reed. She is survived by her husband of 35 years Siegfreid Kenneth Winsmann, her son Jerry Ehrhardt, granddaughter Schyler Trevino and her husband Sergio Trevino, grandson Jace Ehrhardt. Daughter Tracey Viehe, granddaughter Tayler Juneau, her husband Rodney Juneau and great grandson Abram Juneau. Step son Kenny Winsman, his wife Wendy Winsmann, grandson Kenneth Winsmann Jr and his wife Leslie Winsmann with 4 great grandsons Hudson, Peyton, Sawyer and Maverick. Grandson Wesley Winsmann, granddaughter Carly Winsmann with her husband Tyler and baby TJ on the way. Granddaughter Cassidy Winsman. Step daughter Tammy Winsmann. Shirley is also survived by her brother Weldon Reed his wife Norma Reed, nephews Ryan Reed and James Reed.
Memorial service for Shirley Reed Winsmann will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, in Conroe, Texas on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2:00pm. Face Masks are required.
