Thomas Joel Wheeler was born November 8, 1948 to Elmer and Ruby Wheeler and returned to his maker on October 2, 2013 at the age of 64. Tommy was a retired hospital administrator who enjoyed building things in his shop, tinkering with computers, listening to good music and reading the latest Tom Clancy novel.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife, Diana; daughter, Michelle and her husband Michael Borne; granddaughter, Randi Howard; grandson, Trevor Howard; his mother, Ruby; his sisters, Jeanette Armstrong, Donna Gaugh, Kim Broussard and Tammy Cruthirds; their husbands; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
A celebration of the life of Tommy Joe will be held at the Broussard Residence, 4620 Forest Drive, Port Arthur, Texas, 77642, on February 15, 2014, you are invited to come and go from 1:00 PM till 5:00 PM. In lieu of plants or flowers, if you choose, you may send donations to P.O. Box 183, Montgomery, Tx 77356 to help off-set Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wheeler's medical expenses.
