Vivian J Dewberry

Vivian was born in Kilgore, Texas but spent most of her life in North Houston. She attended Aldine High School and later she had a nursing career as an LVN at Montgomery County Hospital. She was a member and Sunday School Teacher at Grace Baptist Church, Conroe.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Floyd R. Dewberry and her son Edgar A. Hensley.

She is survived by her children; Walter Threet, Ronald Hensley, William Hensley, Barry Dewberry and wife Becky, and Karen Dewberry Britt. Her grandchildren; Vanessa Threet, Amanda Threet, Stuart Threet, Melissa Threet, Nicole Hadley and husband Parrish, Michael Hensley and wife Lindsay, Misty Hensley, Mikhela Hensley, Joey Hensley, Tracy Hensley, Keith Dewberry, Kyle Dewberry and wife BreAunna, and Cameron Britt and love Jennifer Adams. Surviving sisters; Barbara Haines and Martha Hamlin. Brother; Morris Chappell and wife Sherry. Numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends are also left to treasure her memory. A visitation for Vivian will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Metcalf Funeral Directors, 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Texas. A funeral service will occur Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM, 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, Texas with Dr. Dale Talbert officiating. The family would like to especially thank her caregivers Margie, Stacey Mason, Ella Hatchette, Assist Meds Home Heathcare, and special thanks to Dr. Dale Talbert.
