Barbara Ann Lagomarsino, a beloved and compassionate person, passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on March 9, 1942, in Staten Island, New York, she was the daughter of Torgils and Greta Thomassen, who predeceased her.
Barbara, known for her humorous and thoughtful nature, resided in Tamarac, Florida. She dedicated 14 years of her career as a secretary with the City of Tamarac, contributing her skills and dedication to the community.
In 1979, she married Howard Lagomarsino, who predeceased her in 2004. She raised four children: Denise Werner, Cathy (the late Jay) Coller, Kristine (Karl) Faul, and Karen (Benedict) Pedri. Barbara was a proud grandmother to 14 grandchildren: Kristine, Karen, Kimberly, Jillian, Jennifer, Diane, Kristen, Kenneth, Andrea, Jordan, Natalie, Melissa, Lauren, and Benny, and a great-grandmother to 14 great-grandchildren.
Barbara had a passion for cooking, gardening, loved music, dancing, broadway shows, and caring for her cats. She enjoyed socializing and was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge, where she was actively involved.
