
DENISE A GOSSELIN, 60, (formerly known as Denise Rumore of Tampa, Florida ) of Plantation, Florida passed away on January 22nd of natural causes resulting from numerous illnesses. She was born in Boston, MA to Richard and Muriel LeBlanc Gosselin. She is predeceased by her parents and only brother, Rick Gosselin of Orlando, FL. Denise fought the good fight, having lived with cancer for the past many years with periods of remission and relapse. She was of the Catholic faith and attended our Lady Queen of Martyrs when able. Denise graduated from Plant High School in Tampa , Florida, followed by graduation from the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale. She is survived by her four children and six grandchildren: Dorian Rumore of Colorado, his son Dane and daughter Bella, Michelle Rumore Ketterman (Kris) with their daughter Avery, Nicole Rumore and her three children, Tyler, Logan, and Jaiydan Andrews of Largo, her son, Jordon Rumore (Erica and her son Caleb) of Plant City, as well as her sister, with whom she resided, Paula Gosselin of Plantation, sister in law, Lori Gosselin of Clermont, and Lori’s son, her nephew, Christopher Gosselin (Jackie) of Arkansas, and her great nieces and nephew, Addyson, Reagan, and John Cooper Gosselin. She also left behind her dearly beloved canine best friend, Lambchop. The loves of her life were her six grandchildren and their parents. Her hobbies were her spending time on the Kindle her kids gave her, tending to her plants, music, art, and ‘shoe collecting’. Denise also held a Master Black Belt…..in retail therapy, i.e. shopping. She had an affinity for dragonflies, which symbolized beauty and new life to her. Luke 23:43 – “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise”. Denise’s final wishes were for a memorial mass with her immediate family.
