John Aaron Blackwelder

Blackwelder, John Aaron, 45, of Coral Springs, passed away suddenly January 1, 2012. He was born August 22, 1966 in Avon Park, Florida to John and Patsy (nee Green) Blackwelder. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. John was a deputy with the Broward County Sheriff's Department from 2000 to 2007 and from January 2010 to present. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Margaret Ann, daughter, Brianna Blackwelder, son, Michael Blackwelder, parents, John and Patsy Blackwelder, sisters, Vicki (Richard) Greco, Joni (Russ) Erb, father-in-law, Michael (Ellen) Scaperrotta, mother-in-law, Lorraine (Edward) Porter, brother-in-law, Ralph (Diane) Scaperrotta, sister-in-law, Jennifer (Glenn) Warden, nieces and nephews, Taylor Erb, Amanda Erb, Stephanie Warden, Kayla Scaperrotta, Glenn Warden Jr. and Austin Scaperrotta. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5, 2012, 1:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 9:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where funeral services will be held Friday, January 6, 2012, 10:00am. Interment with military honors will be 12:45 pm. at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting contributions be made to Ralph Scapparotta Blackwelder % J.P. Morgan Chase Bank for the education of his children.
