Irene was a wonderful mother and a fun loving person who was loved by all who knew her. She loved to travel the world, but especially loved to go back home to Ireland to visit her family. She loved to shop and spend time with her family and friends. The day didn’t start till she had her cup of tea. She often enjoyed playing a round of golf with her husband and daughter, and she loved all of the dogs in her life, especially Scarlett. She was a devout Catholic, never missed Mass and loved all of her Emmaus sisters. Mom, you were my best friend and I will truly miss you and I love you so much. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
