Mildred McLean Bagalue, born on May 7, 1939, passed away and earned her wings on July 28, 2025, at the age of eighty-six. During her residence in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, for over thirty-six years, Mildred served in her community and made a strong contribution to the education and development of countless children and youth.
Visitation will be held on August 16, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071-6026.
Funeral Service will follow at the same location from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
Reception will take place from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the same venue.
Mildred’s body will be shipped to Jamaica, WI, where she will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be made in Mildred's Honor to Equipped Mentoring Group at https://www.equippedmentoring.org. Mildred had a deep love for children and our youth. Therefore, she dedicated her life as an educator, teaching those she loved. This donation will help children, teens, and young adults discover their gifts, talents and reach their full potential in life. In support of her legacy, the family will set up The Mildred Bagalue Scholarship promoting Early Childhood Education in partnership with Equipped Mentoring Group, A 501c (3) Foundation.
