Rafael Antonio Plasencia was born on August 12th, 1950, in Havana, Cuba. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his three sons, Ralph Plasencia (Annabell), Jesus Gomez (Sheri) and Tony Plasencia, his siblings, Carlos Plasencia, Alina Plasencia and Annette Ruiz (Carlos), his six grandchildren Arianna, Alexia, Andre, Anjelica, Aryella and Alora, nieces nephews and cousins.
Ralph had his own unique sense of humor. He had a bold, courageous, warrior spirit and personality along with a generous and warm heart. He retired after working 40 years in histology in the medical profession. He loved music, the ocean, anything historical as well as being an avid firearm enthusiast. He was an amazing musician and an accomplished guitarist, drummer and keyboard player. In his younger years, he thoroughly loved boating, snorkeling and fishing.
His presence will certainly be missed.
As he always used to say, "Sleep with the angels".
