In loving memory of Richard E. "Dick" Foy, a St. Louis native born on May 17, 1929, who peacefully departed on December 13, 2023, in Coral Springs, FL. A proud WWII Veteran, Dick dedicated years of service to General Electric.
Dick is survived by his devoted daughter, Karen Loney, and cherished stepdaughters, Cheri Sudler and Lorie Chirafisi. Dick leaves a lasting legacy through his beloved grandchildren: Jonathan Loney, Lauren Leonardi, Richie (Dick) Foy, Patrick Foy, Annie Sudler, Joey Chirafisi, Vinny Chirafisi, and Margaux Giordano. His great-grandchildren, Madison Brunson, Phoenix Loney, Ella Leonardi, Jake Leonardi, Dominic Giordano, and Nicholas Giordano, continue to carry his spirit forward. Dick is fondly remembered by his siblings: Larry Foy, Dr. David Foy, Robert Foy, Joan Reinwald, and Denis Foy.
He joins his loved ones in the afterlife, preceded by his wife Robbie Foy, son Richard Foy, and wife Dolly Foy.
Richard E. "Dick" Foy will be forever missed, remembered for his honorable service, and cherished as a beloved family man. May he rest in eternal peace.
