Tom was a hero in so many hearts and a second "dad" to many throughout his 82 years. He was born in Newark, NJ on August 24, 1939, and grew up in Hackettstown, NJ. Tom was married to Mary Furda Sniegocki, his high school sweetheart, for 36 years before she passed away in 1999. They raised four children: Joe (wife, Robbin), Dave (wife, Kristine), Jeff (wife, Elizabeth), and Cathy (husband, Robert); he had 5 beautiful grandchildren (Selby, Benjamin, Sage, Justin and Ashlyn) and is survived by his loving sister Dottie.
Tom and Mary were original parishioners of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Coral Springs, FL, where they raised their family. He was an Army Veteran, a national sales manager for decades with Revlon and Bulova, a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer, and ran the first Toastmasters in Coral Springs. Tom owned The South'n Muff'n Man Bakery for many years, and retired to Sarasota, FL after 10 years as a 911 call taker with Coral Springs Police Department.
A visitation with family is scheduled for Wednesday, September 22, 4-7 pm, at Kraeer Funeral Home in Coral Springs. A mass will follow on Thursday, September 23, 11 am, at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Coral Springs. A live stream will be available at www.stelizabethannseton.org
