All I can say is that you were the best! I am so sad to see that you are gone. I called you Daddy Murch and you treated me as if I were yours. You showed me true, pure, love from a father to daughter that I would have never experienced had you not been placed in my life. I hope you and my mom are having a blast up in heaven. Rest in peace my angels!

What can you say about Bill? A funny guy who always made me laugh and kept a positive attitude when things were the darkest. A great guy who was always around whether it be at Skateland or the North Miami Hood. A guy who always kept in touch even if we only spoke by phone on an annual basis. Bill never forgot his friends and they will never forget him.

The picture says is all.   The smile, the jokes the nice Guy everyone aspires to be. I will miss the time we spent together after you got home from the Military during the Vietnam Conflict. You represented the USA proudly and distinctively.  I was proud to be your friend and to see you come home safe. I will always remember coming over to your house and seeing all the Murchs'. Bill was a wonderful friend...he made everyone smile and laugh. He had a kind heart and a way with people. His children were the most important thing in his life. Words cannot express how deeply sorry we are and will miss this amazing man. He will always be remembered. I will never forget his humor and funny stories....he was a dear friend.

Bill and I met somewhere in the street in front of our houses on NW 5th court in Miami, maybe when we where 4 years old. We lived across the street from each other and did about everything together until he went in the Navy and I went off to college. Little League, skipping school, summers, riding bikes, Greynolds Park, street football, girls, building forts, and just surviving in a pretty tough time and neighborhood. Bill came back and was best man in my wedding. 
He was a very funny, take it easy and enjoy life kind of guy. He was a survivor and as I watched him on occasion as he got older, a great parent. 
I am sure he will be missed greatly by his family. The measure of a man is who he leaves behind and how they are touched by his passing. He certainly was a great man.

"Sorry to hear that Bill has left us.  I'll always remember the good times Bill and I had in Europe.  We traveled to many countries during a two week vacation together."  Fond Fairwells.

I am so saddened to hear of Bill's passing.  I have known Bill for  over 40 years and will miss him, and all his hilarious stories. There is an empty place in our hearts today. God bless his family and especially his children, whom he adored. Thanks Bill for some wonderful memories.
