WINSTON (Winnie) ...GONE TOO SOON! 
When you moved to Canada from Jamaica back in the late 70's early 80's, we bonded and became best of friends,   You, Jeff, Franny and I.  Jeff and I still remember our road trip for Mickey's wedding and we still remember our pact..to grow old together, to watch our families blossom to greatness.  Life constantly throws curve balls at us so that we keep moving and growing..and as we all went our separate ways, we lived our lives drawing on the many experinces we gained as friends.  Remember the good old days of the Cliffwood Cobras?? "we mashed up the place" ...dances..car rallies, socceer games, poker games..to name a few. This was when you formed many of your true and lasting friendships with so many..Jeff, Francis,Howie, Mickey, Alan, Norman to name a few..

Winston was a great Husband, Father,Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Friend, Businessman who had the passion and desire to help everyone succeed in their lives in different ways. It was not about him....it was about us....he was selfless...he was constantly doing GOD`s work.  He will live in our hearts forever and to keep him alive....we should reach out to everyone and share his love for life...He will be missed. 

Winston...Your PASSION for life, for your family and for your friends drove you to SUCCESS!  YOU HAVE WON THE RACE...you are home with our heavenly FATHER.  This is were we will all meet again and I know you have gone ahead to prepare for all of us.  Your house will be heavenly!!

May GOD embrace you with open arms and may you be the guardian angel for Andrea, Alex, Carey, Curtis and Kristina.

Over the years we grew from brother-in-law to brothers. I have always admired the relationship you had with mom and dad. You have always showered them with love and kindness.It's easy to see why mom always refer to you has her oldest son.

Winston,('Jack' to some of his friends) was a very caring and good lifelong friend. There are so many good times and experiences we have had with Winston and with you guys.  Unfortunately, we did not get to see 'Jack' much in the last few years but he was and always will be in our hearts and thoughts. Our lives have been enriched for having known Winston and his family.  His legacy lives on in all of you.

I am truly sorry to hear of Winston's passing. He was a good husband, father, and friend to all he encountered along his life's path and was also a kind and generous cousin. May the good Lord grant unto him eternal rest and the angles embrace and comfort you all with the wonderful memories you all shared. He is at peace now and will be sadly missed but  always remembered.....

Dear Cousin Andrea:  We were so very sorry to hear of the passing of your dear husband; so suddenly and at a young age.  We did not know him, but know he must have been a great husband, father, and partner.  God bless you and the family.  May you find peace and comfort in knowing that we think of you all and pray for the entire family at this difficult time.

Winston was like a big brother to me, a very dear, fantastic big brother.  He was always so kind, gentle and thoughtful and always willing to lend a helping hand.  I know he must have been a wonderful husband, father and friend to all of you.  I will never forget all those times he took me to look for my idols, the Bee Gees, as I was too young to drive.  May God give you all the strength and comfort you need during this difficult time.  He will be greatly missed.  May God bless you all.

He was always up for any adventure. Many of my child hood memories include him, one in particular was when he taught me how to ride my bike without training wheels! 

He always told me that there was nothing to be afraid of, to take the plunge as long as you know that what you're working toward is something good.

Winston...you started out as my brother-in-law and passed as my brother.  We were suppose to have some more time on the golf course as old men.  I will miss you.

I am truly saddened to hear about Winston's passing. It came by surprise. I worked with Winston and had the pleasure of meeting his family. Winston was always respectful and worked very hard to provide for his family. My prayers go out to his loved ones.

What could anyone say to make this any better. It would be impossible to do.
Winston as I knew him, was the staple of your family. A caring husband, a loving and giving person to all who he touch in life.
As a father, you could not ask for a more warm hearted, loving dad. Who would do everything or anything for them, even when they left the family nest.
All will miss him who knew him.
The future will be hard. But we all realize that Winston was like an angel on earth and now sadly to early, an angel watching over all of you.

It was such a shock for all of us when we heard of Winston's passing, especially since we saw him the week before at Thanksgiving.  He was always so pleasant and always willing to lend a hand.  He will be greatly missed.

From Mona Heights days when we were only in short pants, we knew him as "Little". Back then he was the smallest in the bunch. In later years the nickname "Twinty" took over. Not only did he grow much bigger physically, Winston in later years grew to become a tower of strength in business and character amongst his brothers, sister & family.  He was loving husband and father. He was a dear friend and fine gentleman. We will miss him dearly. From my family to yours: Our hearts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. Know that he is in a better place watching over you. May he rest in peace in the house of the lord.

Dear Andrea: You are one of the best Moms I know. Loving,caring, strong, compassionate, happy and deeply engaged in every aspect of your children's upbringing, especailly their education. You no doubt were as devoted if not more so, to Winston. He was your rock and you his. He married the right girl and had 4 beautiful brilliant kids to show for it. He died a rich man. Richer for having you and his wonderful family at his side. Not many can say that. Best of all, now you have your very own Gaurdian Angel to watch over you, to pray for, to call upon. You will see and feel Winston's love at work in your lives often. Ask for a sign or confirmation. He will give it. He probably already has. You will know. His spirit and soul continue to live even tho his mortal bones have been laid to rest. Like a tender plant transplanted to a larger space where it can grow and flourish, so is it with his spirit as it leaves this earthly plane. His positive influence will be more pure and more powerful. Sadly enough you know I have traveled this road many times. I can attest to the truth of these statements. Get and use all the companionship and help you can. It is too difficult to do it all alone right now. Hang in there, the pain will lessen. This too shall pass. My love and prayers are with you all.

It's been a while and we've lost touch…but having known Winston for what seems like some brief but profound moments in time… has been both challenging & life affirming. I've known him to be diligent & brave & downright brilliant… but most of all…kind. A value I came to deeply respect in him, despite our occasional difference of opinions… I often look back fondly and smile. I am forever grateful for having known Winston & for those unforgettable times in Palma Brava together. That era of synchronicity and transformation was undeniably memorable & enriching. Now and again, not only a boss, but a friend. I remember you. My sincere condolences to Andrea, Alex, Cary, Kurtis, Kristina, Lucky, Susan & the whole  family & circle of friends. I wish you deep peace.
