Beloved husband of 55 years of Carole Snider (née Levac). Cherished father of Kevin Snider and the late Jason Snider. Dear brother of Sharron Steacy (late Larry). Dear brother-in-law of Marlene Levac, George Levac (Sylvia), Gary Levac (Suźanne), Marc Levac (Annette). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Brian is predeceased by his parents Clarence and Alice (née Brunet) Snider, his brother Richard and his sister Patricia; as well as his parents-in-law Aime and Maives Levac.
Brian was a longtime employee of the City of Cornwall. In retirement before his failing health, Brian loved to do genealogy research, gardening, curling, and playing hockey with the Huff and Puffs. He cherished his time spent with his family and friends.
In keeping with Brian’s wishes cremation has taken place. Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN EAST BRANCH 614 FIRST STREET EAST CORNWALL, ON on THURSDAY APRIL 20TH, 2023 from 1:00PM and 5:00PM and on FRIDAY APRIL 21ST, 2023 from 9:00AM to 10:30AM.
A memorial mass will be held on FRIDAY, APRIL 21ST, 2023 at 11AM at ST FRANCIS DE SALES CHURCH 434 SECOND ST W, CORNWALL, ON followed by interment at a later date in St Columban’s Cemetery.
