Carl Johnston

Beloved husband and best friend of 55 years to Pauline Johnston (née Lecours). Cherished father of Carl Johnston Jr. and Kevin Johnston (Krista). Proud grandfather of Callie, Cayden and Sarah (Matt); and great grandfather of Sophia, Oliver, Theo and River. Treasured brother of Dale Brownrigg (Michael) and Brenda Shelage (Nick).

He will be dearly missed by his siblings-in-law: Dan (Jen), Christine (Gary), and Dennis; as well as his many nieces and nephews, who the family would like to thank for their support and prayers.

The family wishes to extend their sincerest gratitude to Dr. Poilly, the Bayshore nurses: Rod, Steve and Ryan, and the staff at Cornwall Hospice for their excellent care and compassion.

Carl is predeceased by his parents Forest and Shirley (née Diotte) Johnston; as well as his brother Lloyd Johnston (late Monique).

In keeping with Carl’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private graveside burial will be held at a later date.
