Edith is survived by her daughter Patricia Dobbs; her grandson William Sauvé, her sister Mary Viscount; her great niece’s Lita Pawliw and Katreena Daoust; her niece Cindy McGillis and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband Richard Strachlin; two daughters Georgina and Rose Marie; her son William; her parents, William and Irene (née Champeau) Merpaw; her brothers: Sylvester, Lloyd, and Kenneth; and her sisters: Marchella, Sadie and Betty.
In keeping with Edith’s wishes cremation has taken place.
