BOURGON, Marcel – Peacefully at Woodland Villa, Long Sault on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Mr. Marcel Joseph Bourgon of Cornwall; age 90 years. Beloved husband of Gloria (née Cameron) and the late Thérèse (née Denis). Cherished father of Louis and Hélène Bourgon. Dear step-father of Eric Cameron (Mary), Marie Cameron (Ed), Christine Hurrell (Peter) and Robert Cameron (Petey). Loving brother of Rhéal, Bruno, Urbain, Agathe Rozon and Jeannine Payette (Roger). Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Élise (née Charlebois) Bourgon, by his brothers Henri, Robert, Adrien (Marie-Marthe), Willie and infant Achille and by his sisters Anne Charlebois, Marie Ferland, Laurentine Rozon, Mariette Bourgon, Dora Bourgon and Elizabeth Bourgon. Marcel was the former co-owner of Marcel-Raymond Men’s Wear, he was also a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop Brodeur Assembly 0877 for many years. Marcel will be missed by many step-grandchildren, family and friends. Family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613) 933-2841 on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Funeral will follow at 11:00 a.m. in Precious Blood Church – Glen Walter.
